Mission Statement
The purpose of the Labor & Employment Section of the King County Bar Association is to promote interest in labor and employment law, to stimulate and extend the study of the field, to improve the level of professional knowledge and to improve the application of justice in the field.

Meetings
The Labor & Employment Law Section typically host two section meetings - the Annual Business Meeting in the early summer and the Section's Annual Winter Event in January. All KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section members are encouraged to attend. These meetings are typically informal and designed to foster discussion within the labor and employment bar, and also provide excellent CLE opportunities to section members.
The section also hosts the annual Pacific Coast Labor & Employment Law Conference each spring. Thank you to all that attended the 59th Annual Conference! Information regarding the 2027 conference will be posted in the coming months.
