Mission Statement
The Intellectual Property Section of the King County Bar Association provides a discussion forum for issues relevant to intellectual property law. The section sponsors CLEs with an intellectual property focus and networking events for IP practitioners.
The section hosts monthly CLE meetings on a range of IP issues including patents, copyrights, trademarks, licensing, privacy, evidence and discovery, contracts, computer crime, taxation, litigation and legislation. Members can include both those who specialize in and those who occasionally work on IP matters.

The KCBA IP Section typically meets, virtually, from 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM Pacific Time on the 1st Thursday of the month. If you are interested in presenting a CLE to this KCBA Section, please email sections@kcba.org.
