Mission Statement
The KCBA Environmental and Land Use Section’s purpose is to encourage the professional and social development of attorneys and professionals in King County whose practice involves litigation, counseling, or consulting on environmental and land use law and regulation. Attorneys, professionals, and students in private practice, corporations, government, the non-profit sector, and academia are all welcome to participate. Each year, the leadership tries to provide 4 to 6 1-hour CLEs for the membership.

The KCBA ELUL Section typically meets, virtually, from 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM Pacific Time on the 4th Thursday of the month. If you are interested in presenting a CLE to this KCBA Section, please email sections@kcba.org.
