Mission Statement

The purpose of the Business Law Section is to encourage the professional, personal, and social development of attorneys in King County whose practice involves litigation, counseling, or consulting on business law and regulation. The Section will be open to attorneys in private practice, corporate, government, and education. The Section shall also encourage the sharing of knowledge among attorneys, business professionals, judicial officers, and other professionals who have expertise and experience in the various aspects of business law and regulation.

The KCBA Business Law Section meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month for lunchtime CLEs. If you are interested in presenting a CLE to this KCBA Section, please email sections@kcba.org.
