Mission Statement
The Appellate Practice Section of the King County Bar Association facilitates learning opportunities for appellate practitioners to improve their practice with a special emphasis on interaction with the King County Superior Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I, and the King County-based members of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The section assists those appellate practitioners with providing high quality legal services to their clients and advancing the development of the law and legitimacy of the legal system. The section will sponsor and otherwise participate in educational and other activities relating to appellate practice.

The KCBA Appellate Section typically meets, virtually, from 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM Pacific Time on the 2nd Monday of the month. If you are interested in presenting a CLE to this KCBA Section, please email sections@kcba.org.
