Summary

Presentation: “Working with an Aging Life Care Professional” by Carrie Watson & Herbert Burgart of Pathways in Aging

The profession of Aging Life Care Management is still not widely known or recognized. With the increasing population of older adults, the role of qualified experts on aging is more vital than ever. Aging Life Care Professionals are uniquely qualified to support the elder demographic with a broad knowledge base touching on nearly all areas of aging. Legal professionals are important partners for ALCPs who often connect clients with elder law, estate, and other legal specialties. In this presentation, we will discuss who ALCPs are, the importance of the Aging Life Care Association, how ALCPs help elders and their families, and where to find an ALCP near you.
