As Collaborative practice grows in our community, inevitably some of the cases and clients will not be able to reach a full resolution through the Collaborative Process and will need to turn to litigation attorneys to resolve their case.  This CLE will give you the background information and tools you need to successfully transition a former Collaborative client matter to litigation without violating the Collaborative Participation Agreement or the Uniform Collaborative Law Act, RCW 7.77.
