This CLE will address making the best possible trial record in the event of an appeal. The presenters will touch on topics from both the prosecution and defense perspectives including: voir dire and GR 37, open courts, admission and suppression of evidence, findings of fact and conclusions of law, jury instructions, and special considerations at sentencing.
