From big tobacco litigation to Tesla autopilot crashes—and everything in between—product liability cases present cutting edge challenges that require grit and creativity. In this CLE, attendees will learn about the wonderful world of product liability from black letter law to strategies for pursuing and defending against product liability claims.

Presenter Biography:

Carson Phillips-Spotts is an attorney and shareholder at Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in Seattle. At SGB, a large part of his practice focuses on representing people who have been catastrophically injured by dangerous and defective products.
