In this CLE, attendees will learn about the wonderful world of product liability from black letter law to strategies for pursuing and defending against product liability claims.
Presenter Biography:

Carson Phillips-Spotts is an attorney and shareholder at Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in Seattle. At SGB, a large part of his practice focuses on representing people who have been catastrophically injured by dangerous and defective products.
