The KCBA Aviation Law Section invites you to join them for their upcoming virtual lunchtime CLE.

IN-FLIGHT BLOWOUTS AND UPSETS

July 14th, 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM Pacific Time

Presented by Mark Lindquist, Mark Lindquist Law

When a door plug blows out of the plane at 16,000 feet, or a plane crashes into your house, or a flight attendant dumps burning hot coffee in your lap, or a fellow passenger gets drunk and assaults you, what are your remedies? The group will discuss options for international flights, domestic flights, state court, and federal court.
