June is a month full of change and celebration. Not only does this month welcome summer with its longer days and brighter skies, but there is a lot to celebrate. Celebrating can also be a time to reflect on what’s important — like freedom on Juneteenth, love during Pride Month, or appreciation on Father’s Day. No matter the reason, celebrations remind us to pause, be grateful, and enjoy the moment.
Partner Pronouncements
Jane Pryjmak is now a partner at Fox Rothschild. Pryjmak advises for-profit and nonprofit clients on a variety of transactional and tax matters, including entity selection and formation, business sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and seed financing. Prior to joining Fox, Pryjmak was an associate at a boutique law firm in Seattle, serving startups, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. During law school, Pryjmak served as the editor-in-chief of the Washington Law Review and as co-president of the Women’s Law Caucus. In addition, she was a research assistant to several professors and was the student director of the Legal Writing Center at the University of Washington. Before attending law school, Pryjmak worked in management consulting.
Samuel Breeze joins K&L Gates as a partner in its Intellectual Property practice. He joins the firm’s Seattle office from Lee & Hayes, PC, where he served as chair of its design practice group. Breeze focuses his practice on the protection of the industrial design of electronic devices, graphical user interfaces, sports equipment, apparel, and other ornamental inventions. He has extensive experience protecting designs outside the United States, including knowledge of the requirements involving The Hague Agreement. Breeze also has patent experience with life science technologies, including medical equipment and other biomechanical inventions.
Associate Additions
Sarah Du is now a litigation associate at Pacifica Law Group. Du was previously a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division, Tort Branch. Du clerked for Chief Judge Stanley A. Bastien in the Eastern District of Washington. She earned her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Alexander Morrison has joined Gleam Law as an associate attorney, supporting Gleam’s intellectual property and business transactional practices. Morrison focuses on trademark, copyright, and contract drafting. Previously, he was an associate at Hermes Law Firm where he focused on commercial litigation for business, real estate, and estate cases and transaction work. Morrison obtained his B.A. from Eastern Michigan University and is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law.
Keller Rohrback welcomes Nicandro Iannacci as an associate. With a J.D. from Columbia Law School and considerable experience as a public defender in New York, Iannacci then clerked for the Hon. Tana Lin, U.S. District Court Judge in the Western District of Washington. With Keller Rohrback, he will further his commitment to the underdog with proactive complex litigation.
Katlyn Stockslager is an associate of the Perkins Coie intellectual property practice, focusing on patent prosecution and portfolio counseling. She obtained a B.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder and was a patent agent assisting in prosecuting patent applications for technologies in the medical device and consumer product sectors. While earning a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, Stockslager served as an articles editor on the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She was a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2023. She also interned with Judge Alan Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Stoel Rives welcomes attorney Bradley Buchanan to the Corporate team in the firm’s Seattle office. Previously a summer associate with the firm working on M&A transactions and other corporate matters, Buchanan earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Buchanan is also a CPA and was formerly a partner at an accounting firm in Kentucky.

Stacy DeMass and Kenna Duckworth have been promoted to Of Counsel at Williams Kastner. Both attorneys have been elevated from Senior Associate in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the firm.
DeMass is an of-counsel attorney in the Business Litigation practice group and a member of the Transportation Practice Team. She provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients across the transportation industry. With in-depth experience in transportation law, DeMass advises motor carriers, logistics companies, shippers, and other industry stakeholders on regulatory compliance, litigation, and emergency response.
Duckworth is an of-counsel attorney in the Business Litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice on representing clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, discrimination, breach of contract, debt collection, and consumer protection violations.

Gleam Law focuses on business law, intellectual property law, civil litigation, and cannabis banking—including CBD, hemp, and legal marijuana.
Obituary
Lorri Bodi, an environmental lawyer and former Lake Forest Park city councilmember, died on Thursday, April 17.
Bodi attended the George Washington University Law School. She was a clerk for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, the National Council of Senior Citizens, and the Environmental Protection Agency. She also participated in the D.C. Law Students in Court program, providing legal representation to indigent clients.
When she graduated, she worked as an attorney for the EPA, which was relatively new, and helped craft and apply EPA’s early clean water regulations.
She and her husband were lured to Seattle, where she became an attorney for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Later, she co-founded the Northwest Office of American Rivers and was Bonneville Power Administration’s Vice President for Fish, Wildlife, and the Environment.
