After 24 years in Westlake Center, Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC, my absolute favorite law firm, is moving to the 901 Fifth Avenue building at the end of December. I have been de-accessioning my art, furniture and sports memorabilia collections since October in the hopes that whatever is left will fit in my smaller, sleeker space. So far, I have reduced my in-office glass collection to about 60 pieces, but I still have a ways to go yet.

Rob Roy Smith has joined the Seattle office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton's Native American Affairs Team as a partner. Smith was previously with Ater Wynne. He advises Indian tribal clients and others doing business in Indian Country on all aspects of federal, state and tribal law.
Dominik Musafia has joined Wechsler Becker, LLP as a partner. Musafia was previously with Reed Longyear Malnati & Ahrens, PLLC.
Travis Dailey and Rachel Schaefer have joined Riddell Williams as associates. Dailey practices in the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights and Litigation Practice groups. Schaefer is part of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
Lee Marchisio and Rylan Weythman have joined Foster Pepper as associates in the firm's Municipal & Public Finance Group and Litigation Practice Group, respectively. Marchisio's practice focuses on municipal government, including litigation and dispute resolution. Weythman also works in litigation and dispute resolution in areas including construction, real estate, land use and environmental litigation.
