If this is April, it must be spring, but I'm not feeling springy yet. My former spring ritual of buying annuals and planting them has gone by the wayside since I sold my house, so I guess I'll have to content myself with those other spring rituals: the Seattle Mariners and the Seattle Sounders. This time of the year is full of optimism as the season is fresh and new and neither one of them has been statistically eliminated from the playoffs yet - this could be their year!
