April 2013 Bar Bulletin

BOLD Program To Focus on Same-Sex Marriage Cases

The next program sponsored by KCBA's BOLD section will feature Prof. Peter Nicolas from the University of Washington Law School, who will share his expert insights and prognostications on the outcome of the same-sex marriage cases pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Please mark your calendar and plan to join us on Thursday, May 2, at 4:30 p.m. KCBA will send a blast email message to BOLD-ers with a link for you to sign up. The program will held at One Union Square, courtesy of Stoel Rives.

If you're BOLD, we hope that you'll join us.

The BOLD section is comprised of seasoned lawyers - those who have been practicing for 30-plus years. Our programs typically combine an interesting legal or professional topic with some social time with peers over a glass of wine. The latest event featured a fascinating presentation on Justice Advocacy Africa and other international teaching opportunities.
