New Partners, Shareholders, Members and Owners
Anne Loucks and Jake Winfrey recently became members of Williams Kastner. Loucks focuses her practice on commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of product liability, premises liability and transportation claims. Winfrey's practice is concentrated on the defense of physicians, hospitals, dentists and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation.
Lee Kuo has been promoted to member of my absolute favorite law firm, Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC. Kuo's practice emphasizes healthcare, health information technology, and general business and corporate matters.
Ana-Maria Popp, David Herrman and Randall Olsen have been named principals of Cairncross & Hempelmann. Popp is a trial attorney and complex business dispute resolution strategist. Herrman's real estate practice concentrates on condominium and homeowner association law and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, development, limited liability companies and leasing. Olsen's land use practice focuses on real estate development and landowners' property rights.
Allen Estes III has joined Gordon & Rees's Seattle office as a partner in the Construction Practice Group. Estes represents private owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in all phases of project administration and delivery.
Emily Studebaker recently joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner. She was previously with Garvey Schubert Barer. Studebaker's practice focuses on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
Judy Endejan has become an owner at Garvey Schubert Barer. Endejan's practice emphasizes telecommunications, media and intellectual property issues. Endejan was most recently with Graham & Dunn PC.
Brian Ferrasci-O'Malley has joined Marten Law as an associate in its Seattle office. Ferrasci-O'Malley practices in the areas of environmental and natural resource litigation, permitting and review.
