David Gee has become a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Gee is a healthcare attorney who represents clinical laboratories, hospitals, long-term-care facilities and physicians. He was previously with Garvey Schubert Barer.
Gordon & Rees LLP recently promoted Angela Vogel, Jeffrey Bilanko, Kevin Craig and Sally Kim to partner status. Vogel works in the Employment Practice Group with a focus on employment law and securities litigation. Before entering private practice, Vogel was an attorney with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions where she conducted investigations of securities act violations. Bilanko has extensive litigation experience, including commercial litigation, environmental matters and professional liability defense. Craig is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort Practice Group where his practice focuses on toxic tort, product liability and other personal injury litigation. Kim's practice is devoted to insurance coverage.

Aravind Swaminathan has become a partner in DLA Piper's Litigation Group. Before joining the firm, he was an assistant United States attorney for the Western District of Washington where he worked in the complex crimes unit.
