New Partners, Shareholders and Members

Mary Lee Moseley has joined Lane Powell PC's Seattle office as a shareholder. Moseley co-chairs the Trusts and Estates Practice Group and previously worked as a director with Deloitte Tax, LLP's Estate, Gift, and Tax Practice.

Leslie Hagin has joined MacDonald Hoague & Bayless as a shareholder. Hagin, who recently was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, focuses her practice on employment law, licensing and disciplinary proceedings, criminal defense, intellectual property litigation, and a variety of other matters. Hagin was previously a member of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren.

Peter Mixon has become a partner in the Seattle office of K&L Gates LLP. Mixon recently served as general counsel for the California Public Employees' Retirement System. Mixon advises institutional investors, including public pension plans and public entities, on a broad range of issues.

Leonard Feldman has joined Peterson Wampold Rosato Luna Knopp as a partner. Feldman has a federal and state litigation practice with an emphasis on appellate work. He was formerly a partner at Heller Ehrman LLP and Stoel Rives.

Andrew Serafini has become a partner with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. Serafini is a registered patent attorney who provides intellectual property counseling and management for life sciences clients.

Kari Lester has joined my absolute favorite law firm Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC. Lester is a litigator whose practice focuses on personal injury and commercial litigation.

Courtney Lee Tawresey has joined Garvey Schubert Barer as an associate. Tawresey's practice concentrates on business, transaction, and federal and international tax law.
