Partnership Pronouncements

Terry Uhling recently joined Marten Law as a partner. Uhling's practice focuses on the issues that affect agribusiness, food processing, mining, water and other natural resources rights.

Thomas Hart III has been named partner at Bergman Draper Ladenburg Hart. His practice focuses on representing individuals who have been injured as a result of exposure to asbestos.

Hai Han and Jeffrey Pepe have become partners at Seed IP Law Group. Han handles U.S. and foreign chemical and pharmaceutical patent matters with special emphasis on small molecules. Pepe's expertise includes worldwide life science and chemical patent matters.

Associate Additions

Jake Ferderer and Jon Isaacson have joined Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness PLLC as associates. Ferderer is a member of the firm's Mechanical Practice Group. Isaacson is a member of the firm's Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Practice Group.

Jessica Yu has joined Stokes Lawrence as an associate in the firm's business practice area. Yu works with closely held businesses on corporate, tax and immigration matters. She was previously with Wong Fleming.

Bill Humphries, Courtney Lee Tawresey and Miriam Woods have joined Garvey Schubert Barer as associates. Humphries' practice focuses in the areas of real estate, business and franchising.
