Partner Pronouncements

Kathy Feldman and Alex Modelski have become shareholders at Karr Tuttle Campbell. Feldman's practice encompasses a diverse range of employment relations and employment litigation issues. Modelski deals primarily with technology and emerging companies. Both were previously with the Seattle office of Ater Wynne.

Peter Finch and Warren Tock have become partners at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Finch practices employment law. Tock practices in the areas of real estate and land use.

Rachel Tausend has become a partner at K&L Gates LLP, where she focuses on electronic data.

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn has added 10 partners, several of which are located in the Seattle office. The Seattleites are Shannon McCarthy, who handles franchise, distribution and general business matters; Claire Molesworth, whose practice is in banking litigation; Jeffrey Nelson, who practices in the areas of intellectual property and business; Daniel Oates, who is a litigator; and Aubrey Seffernick who focuses on the areas of Native American tribes, government and regulatory law, hospitality and business.

Patrick Cook was recently promoted to shareholder at the Walthew Law Firm. His practice emphasizes workers' compensation and personal injury claims. Before joining the firm in 2007, he was a deputy prosecutor with the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Associate Additions

Chelsey Mam recently joined Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell as an associate. Her practice includes insurance recovery, complex commercial disputes and tort litigation.

Callan Cobb has become an associate at Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard PLLC. She works in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group.
