"Why, When I Was in Law School ..."
[This month, we continue with John Rupp's story of his days at the University of Washington School of Law and "old" Condon Hall in the 1930s.]
Fourth of a Series
In our second and third years Judson F. Falknor was our Dean. I recently had an exchange of letters with Lem Howell, and I insert here copies of those letters in order to spare myself the pleasant labor of again writing about Falknor. My letter about Jud Falknor also deals with our most famous visiting professor, Edmund M. Morgan of Harvard, who taught us Evidence.
