I realize I’m a little late in participating in this aspect of social media, but I finally joined Facebook so that I could put up a Facebook page for my artwork and sign up for Sounders events. After I joined, I was relieved to find that there are indeed people out there who are willing to be my “friends.”

Partner Pronouncements

Kameron Kirkevold and Michael Spence have joined Helsell Fetterman as partners. Kirkevold has been with the firm since 2010 and represents fiduciaries, individuals and families in trust, estate, probate and guardianship matters. Spence joined the firm in 2012. His practice covers real estate transactions, zoning and land use, and other matters. He will co-chair the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Bryan Case has been elected principal at Riddell Williams. He has been at the firm for seven years. His practice focuses on litigation.

Robert Crowley and Niloufar Parkhave become partners at Impact Law Group PLLC. Crowley has a complex commercial litigation practice. Park represents business and corporate clients in various stages of formation, operation, acquisition and dissolution.

Curt Hineline has become a litigation partner with BakerHostetler. Hineline focuses his practice on complex commercial, business and securities litigation.

Judd Lees and Darren Feider have joined Sebris Busto James as shareholders. Lees has represented employers in a full range of matters, including collective bargaining, administrative proceedings, litigation and preventive counseling. Feider has represented employers in wrongful discharge, discrimination, trade secrets/non-competition, and wage-and-hour litigation.

Katherine Spelman has joined Lane Powell PC as a shareholder in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. Her practice includes copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent matters with a special focus on media, licensing and mass digitization issues.

Scott Ellerby has joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley & Foe as a partner. He will continue to focus on litigation involving real estate, trusts and estates, construction, municipal law, banking and business disputes. Ellerby previously spent nearly 24 years at Mills Meyers Swartling P.S.

Heidi Brooks Bradley has joined Lane Powell PC as a shareholder in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice includes securities litigation, antitrust matters and complex commercial disputes.

Michael Guadagno has become a shareholder at Bullivant Houser Bailey PC. His practice emphasizes insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation matters.

 

Associate Additions

Alysha Yagoda has joined Karr Tuttle Campbell as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions Group. Yagoda, who was previously with Holmes Weddle & Barcott, works primarily on real estate transactions and financing.

Alanna Peterson has joined Pacifica Law Group as an associate in its Litigation and Education Practice groups.

Kevin Tavareshas joined Riddell Williams as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. He was previously with Lukins & Annis, P.S. in Spokane. Tavares focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real property.

Rebecca Penn has joined Livengood Alskog as an associate. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation, including business, zoning and land use, construction, employment, and public hospital and school districts.

Eric Lindberg has joined Corr Cronin Michelson Baumgardner Fogg & Moore as an associate. His practice emphasizes civil and intellectual property litigation with specific experience in patent, copyright and trade secret matters.

Jad Mills recently joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an associate with the IP-Patents & Innovations Group. He handles proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
