KCBA Seeks Board, Award Nominations

The King County Bar Association is soliciting nominations for the KCBA Board of Trustees as well as for its annual awards, which will be presented at the awards dinner in June.

The KCBA board and officer positions to be filled this year are:

  • Two Central District trustee positions;
  • One South District trustee;
  • Secretary/trustee; and
  • Second vice president.

The Leadership Development & Nominations Committee seeks broad diversity for the Board of Trustees, including ethnicity, gender, practice area, firm size and geographic diversity. Nominees must be members in good standing of KCBA. All positions have three-year terms. Additional information can be found at http://www.kcba.org/aboutkcba/leadershipop.aspx.

The Committee is chaired by First Vice President Steven Rovig. Please email KCBA Executive Director Andrew Prazuch at andrewp@kcba.org by January 10 to suggest members whom you believe to be good candidates for these positions. Interested members may also self-nominate by sending a cover letter and resume.
