Foundation Adds Third Goldmark Award Recipient


The Legal Foundation of Washington has announced that Nicole Gaines, a judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings, also be will honored with the 2014 Charles A. Goldmark Distinguished Service Award at the 28th Annual Goldmark Award Luncheon on February 21.

Judge Gaines will join Washington Supreme Court Justice Steven González and Seattle University School of Law Professor Robert Chang as this year's recipients. The three are being honored for their leadership roles on the Race & the Criminal Justice System Task Force, which was formed to address racial disparity in the justice system.
