Jack Lovejoy, John T. Bender, and Lawrence Cock | Corr Cronin, LLP

Jack Lovejoy is of counsel to Corr Cronin, LLP and a partner in CFL Law Group, LLP. Mr. Lovejoy’s practice frequently involves claims under the Securities Act of Washington. Mr. Lovejoy has represented investment advisors, securities broker-dealers, their employees, and investors. Mr. Lovejoy has had cases before Financial Industry Regulatory Authority involving sales practices, customer solicitation, and form U5 disputes.

John T. Bender is a senior associate at Corr Cronin, LLP where his practice focuses on high-stakes commercial and complex litigation. Mr. Bender has represented numerous businesses and individuals in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, securities, partnership and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duty, as well as matters involving government entities.

Lawrence Cock is of counsel to Corr Cronin, LLP and a partner in CFL Law Group, LLP. Mr. Cock has represented individual investors, registered persons, broker-dealers, and investment advisors in regulatory proceedings and civil litigation. Mr. Cock has litigated securities cases involving the tech wreck (2000-2001), the great recession (2008), Ponzi schemes such as the Meridian Funds, and claims arising out of the relatively recent Aequitas receivership.
