It doesn’t feel like the year is winding down; since fall, it’s felt more like it’s ramping up. The practice of law is busier than ever — at least the parts that I am familiar with — and the annual fall migration of lawyers into new positions is well under way.
Joe Sakay has joined Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland as a member. He chairs the firm’s banking services, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy group. He was previously a principal with Hillis Clark. Sakay handles insolvency matters and bankruptcy litigation representing lenders and secured creditors.
