The “snowpocalypse” reminded me of what a large and diverse county we are. During our court conference calls, judges from all over the county reported vastly different weather. While I watched the snow slowly melt away on the main roads near Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood, the snow was so deep in east King County that Executive Dow Constantine requested the National Guard to come assist residents.
