Don’t believe in the supposed tension between growing a caseload or law practice and the enjoyment of your family, your health and your personal passions. A considered approach to practice growth should enhance every aspect of your life.
However, focusing only on getting more cases, a bigger firm and more revenue can definitely make you stressed and unhappy. This was my experience as a young lawyer.
