High Anxiety: Mindfulness for Attorneys and Judges

At the elementary school that my children attend, a parent volunteer teaches a mindfulness workshop series. The kids love the workshops and will often tell me about techniques that they have learned. When they are particularly anxious about something, one of the best ways for me to help them is to say, “What would Jeannie (their mindfulness teacher) tell you to do?”
