The following are highlights from the KCBA Board of Trustees meeting held on February 18, convened by KCBA President Kathryn Battuello.
Trustee Nicole McGrath briefed the Board on the Juvenile Justice Reform Task Force’s recommendation that the bar support expanding access to programs and resources for youth referred for charging in the juvenile justice system. After discussion, the Board approved the position as outlined in the materials by voice vote.
