Restricting Homebuyer Love Letters: Update

For the unfamiliar, a homebuyer “love letter” explains how wonderful a seller’s house is and how much a buyer would enjoy purchasing the seller’s property. Unfortunately, information in love letters can be problematic. Fair Housing concerns arise whenever a seller has access to information beyond basic contract terms and information in some way related to the ability of a buyer to perform.
