Order re Redistricting Commission, No. 25700-B-676 (Dec. 3, 2021). At issue: Whether the Court was required to consider adopting a redistricting plan based on a de minimis delay in the redistricting commission’s transmittal of an approved plan to the legislature. The Court concluded that it was not necessary for the Court to do so because the commission had substantially complied with the controlling statute.
