It has been one year since America witnessed a summer of civil unrest and protest. The killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, Elijah McClain and countless other Black Americans, broadcasted racial injustice and white supremacy into our daily lives. The workplace, a space once typically absolved of all challenging discussion, has begun to confront the realities faced by many Americans.
