Once the exclusive domain of university professors, critical race theory is now part of our national conversation. Workplace training based on critical race theory is pervasive and growing. Such training is divisive and destructive political indoctrination; suggesting that if our national motto — e pluribus unum, out of the many, one — is to survive, then the public ought to know what it is and why it should be resisted.2
