Judge Julie Spector has announced her retirement effective June. She was appointed with Judges Palmer Robinson, Helen Halpert, and James Doerty (all retired) on November 23, 1999. This is her 21st year. She has presided over hundreds of cases and has been highly rated by the King County Bar. She has contributed to the Court in many ways, including service on the Executive Committee, reform of our ITA Court, and as Chief Civil Judge.
