The world lost a larger-than-life character when Judge Gerard “Jerry” Shellan passed away on April 1 at the age of 95. It is difficult to summarize the impact this one man had on so many in our legal community. From his gravelly voice, dapper suits and pipe smoking, to his beautiful homegrown roses, Judge Shellan was certainly one-of-a-kind.
