The summer of COVID saw a return to outdoor dining and many big-name restauranteurs regularly scheduling pop ups to keep their customers interested. But now we must turn to fall and COVID is still with us. There will still be outdoor dining, aided by an abundance of outdoor heating. More and more restaurants are reopening their dining rooms with COVID precautions, but studies show that is not yet the safest way to dine. So we will focus on new options for fine dining to go.
