Based on real life for a change, Erin Brockovich stars Julia Roberts a smart and forceful legal clerk who discovers that a utility company has been attempting to buy the houses from homeowners in a rural town in order to coverup for a deadly ecological disaster that’s causing deadly medical issues in the community.
