New Research Further Debunks Plaintiffs’ Reptile Theory

Reptile, the 2009 book by Don Keenan and David Ball has taken on quite a bit of popularity over the last decade. Billed as the “manual of the plaintiff’s revolution,” it has spawned a following among the plaintiff’s bar with its promises of money awards far above the norm. At one point, the website for the book included a gallery of “Reptile Allstars,” consisting of plaintiffs’ attorneys who have won large verdicts around the country.
