Trustees Recommend Approval

Six years ago the Association’s then trustees took on a big housekeeping project: cleaning up a 14 page bylaws document that had been amended frequently over the prior thirty years but not comprehensively reviewed section by section. The project took over a year of discussions to complete, with some trustees more enthusiastically than others engaging in the intricacies (others would label it minutia) of governance documents.
