Food Lifeline

Food Lifeline, 1702 NE 105th St., Shoreline, WA

Food Lifeline redirects good food from restaurants, grocery stores, farmers, and manufacturers that might otherwise go to waste. The 35 million pounds of food that they secure helps stock the shelves of 275 food banks, meal programs, and shelters thoughout Western Washington. 

The YLD is looking for a maximum of 15 volunteers.

The panel itself will consist of 2 members of the private sector and 2 from the public. We encourage our student member to attend as well.

The holidays are here, but not all youth in foster care can be sure there will be a gift with their name on it. This year you can make sure kids in foster care have a happy holiday by helping us raise $1,000. This money will help Treehouse give foster kids warm clothes and toys.
