Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 24.03 of the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act, the undersigned adopts the following Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation:
1. The name of record of the corporation is: King County Bar Association.
2. The Articles of Incorporation are hereby amended as follows: The Sixth Article of the Articles of Incorporation is amended in its entirety to read as follows:
The officers of this corporation shall be a President, two Vice-Presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The Board of Trustees of this corporation shall be composed of five officers and such additional trustees as are provided in the Bylaws of the corporation.
3. The amendments were adopted by the members of the corporation at a meeting of the members held on Thursday, March 6, 2008. A quorum was present at the meeting and at least two-thirds of the members present in person or by proxy voted to adopt the amendments.
