In a city devoted to all things green, you’d think there would be some way to get my name off the mailing lists for the campaign literature that clogs my tiny urban condo mailbox. It’s preventing or delaying the delivery of important mail such as the incoming Christmas catalogs, fall fashion previews and state court advance sheets. Does anybody actually read the campaign literature, other than opposing candidates, political consultants and bloggers? Frankly, when I receive all those fliers and postcards, they go straight into the recycle bin.
