Pursuant to KCLR 33, the KCBA's Judiciary and the Courts Committee has drafted a set of pattern interrogatories for motor vehicle accident cases. These draft interrogatories are now available for review and comment at the KCBA Web site, http://www.kcba.org/4lawyers/pattern.aspx.
Instructions for commenting on the proposals, as well as a report giving some background on the drafting process, also are available on the Web site.
The deadline for comment is July 15.
