At its November 19, 2005 meeting, the Board of Trustees of the Legal Foundation of Washington unanimously elected Judge Michael E. Schwab, Superior Court of Yakima County, as the Foundation’s president for 2006.

Erika L. Lim, director of career services at Seattle University, was elected vice president; Nicholas P. Gellert, of counsel for Perkins Coie, was elected secretary; and Nancy L. Isserlis, a principal with Winston and Cashatt Lawyers, was elected treasurer.

The Washington State Bar Association Board of Governors also elected Michele G. Radosevich, a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine, to her first two-year term beginning January 1. William D. Hyslop, Lukins & Annis, was appointed by the Washington Supreme Court to his first term, also beginning January 1. Nancy A. Pacharzina of Tousley Brain Stephens; Carol J. Haire, a limited practice officer with the University of Washington Real Estate Office; and Wallace Webster II will return as trustees.
