LITIGATION ASSOCIATE FOR LONG TERM TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT ASSIGNMENT: Major national law firm has an immediate need for a litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years experience in a law firm to work on all aspects of litigation. Qualified candidates must have significant experience with federal court litigation and be able to work independently, handling their own case load. Securities or class action background a plus. Qualified candidate will be working in a small satellite office (presently one partner and one associate) of this major firm.
Salary/Wage: 55.00 - 75.00 USD /hour + full benefit package. This assignment will go indefinitely and has permanent potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Research/Writing; Handle all aspects of discovery; Drafting memos, briefs and discovery documents;

Attend Court;
Job Qualifications:
Must be admitted in Washington and in Good Standing;
Must have at least 4 years experience in a large firm;
