As part of the November 11, 2011 Bench-Bar Conference, KCBA hosted a panel discussion on "Top 20 Tips for Successful Litigation." Panelists included Judges Steven González and Mary Roberts from King County Superior Court, past Washington State Bar Association President Mark Johnson (Johnson Flora), and past Washington Defense Trial Lawyers President Jeffrey Frank (Foster Pepper). KCBA Judiciary & Litigation Committee co-chair Shawn Larsen-Bright (Dorsey Whitney) moderated the session. A handout of tips from the session is available at Top 20 Bench Bar Tips.
