The King County Bar Association held its 2008 Annual Awards Dinner on June 26th at the Grand Hyatt in downtown Seattle. Over 400 attorneys, judges and guests gathered to honor the personal and professional achievements of this year’s awards recipients. Among the evening’s highlights were individual video presentations showcasing each award recipient’s accomplishments, the passing of the gavel from Eileen Concannon, KCBA President 2007-2008, to Dan Gandara, KCBA President 2008-2009, and the King County Bar Foundation’s “Auction for Justice,” featuring Charlie Burdell, “KCBA Auctioneer,” whose lively contribution helped raise funds to benefit the KCBF’s Endowment Fund.
