Everyone needs to save time, energy and, yes, the environment in this green-conscious world. Conserving energy is important on local, state and federal levels of government. Attempts to regulate how energy is created and distributed result in new regulations for the average consumer or manufacturer to follow. In many cases these regulations are online and easily found; however, sometimes you need access to a paid database to locate the exact regulation that applies to your situation.
