DIVERSITY COMMITTEE: Promotes a diverse legal profession. Responsible for outreach programs to minority law students and working with law firm leadership to increase diversity. The committee also recommends allocation of minority scholarship grants for the county's law schools.
Activities: Puts on Book of Business seminars for associates in private practice, reviews and recommends allocation of diversity scholarship funds to area law schools, reviews legislation for its impact on ethnic diversity, plans CLEs and seminars. Additional activities to be developed.
