Lawyer Referral Service Committee: Works to enhancing the referral service's ability to serve both the public and panel members. Develops marketing and operational strategies to increase referrals, oversees quality control of referral panels, including experience standards for panel members and reviews complaints from clients regarding representation.
Activities: Members work to enhance Lawyer Referral Service operation in the areas of marketing, expansion into diverse communities, revenue generation, service to clients and attorneys, enhanced use of technology to process referrals, and other areas that will benefit client and program.
